Eligibility for Refunds

- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item
- The item does not match the product description
- Your order was canceled before it was processed or shipped
Non-Refundable Items

How to Request a Refund

- Go to My Orders
- Select the order and submit a refund request
- Provide reasons and supporting evidence if required
Return Process
- Approved returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging
- Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval
- Failure to follow return instructions may result in refund denial
Refund Approval
- Refunds are reviewed by the vendor and SwiftServe Delivers
- Approval depends on item condition and policy compliance
- We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet policy requirements
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to vendor or platform error.
Vendor Responsibility
- Vendors are responsible for product quality and accuracy
- SwiftServe Delivers may take action against vendors with repeated refund complaints
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
Fraud Prevention
Refund abuse or false claims may result in account suspension or termination.
